How to reach us
How can i reach the hotel?
We recommend stopping first in the main square, just a few steps from the hotel. You can comfortably unload your luggage there, and we'll then guide you to an available parking spot. To make your arrival as easy as possible, we'll send you detailed instructions via email a few days before your check-in date.
Arriving by motorcycle?
If you're traveling by motorbike, we have a special service tailored just for you: a secure, covered garage with 10-15 free parking spaces reserved exclusively for motorcycles. It's a convenient and safe option for motorcyclists choosing Alleghe as a stopover on their journey.
Parking Options
Does the hotel have a private parking lot?
For guests arriving by car, we offer 15 free parking spaces located directly behind the hotel. These spaces cannot be reserved in advance and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If I can't find a spot, where can I park my car?
We provide access cards for the municipal covered parking garage just 50 metres from the hotel. This affordable option offers direct pedestrian access to the square and guarantees you a secure parking space, especially during busy periods. Additionally, there are a few free municipal parking areas available, though they are limited and slightly further from the hotel.
Driving an electric car?
We provide an electric vehicle charging station in our parking area. To ensure availability, please inform us in advance when making your reservation.
Arrival and Departure
What are the check-in hours?
Your room will be ready from 1:00 pm, and check-in is available until 9:00 pm. If you anticipate a late arrival, this is no problem; just let us know in advance so we can arrange a warm welcome.
What are the check-out hours?
On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 am, allowing us ample time to prepare it for incoming guests.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel even after check-out?
If you have some spare time before you need to head off and you need to store your luggage for a few hours, we're always happy to help you. We offer a dedicated storage area where your belongings can be securely stored, allowing you to continue enjoying Alleghe before you depart.

Yes, in winter we offer a secure ski storage room equipped with boot warmers, ensuring you start each day with warm, dry boots ready for the slopes.
Can you recommend a ski rental nearby?
To simplify your skiing holiday, we've partnered with a convenient ski rental shop just steps from the hotel. Located right next to the Ski Pass office, this shop is a favourite among our guests, making your skiing arrangements so much easier. The shop also offers a convenient ski storage facility just 20 metres from the lifts—perfect for those looking to avoid carrying equipment daily! The lack of extra hard work and time allows you to maximise enjoyment of your time on the slopes.

Do you have a bike storage area in summer?
Yes, in summer we provide a protected bike storage area—perfect for cyclists seeking a secure spot for their bikes.
If I bring an e-bike, can I charge it at the hotel?
Yes, we offer e-bike charging stations, so you can ride worry-free even after the longest journeys.
Family-Friendly Services
Does the hotel have areas dedicated to families and children?
Yes, we've set up a small play area designed specifically for children aged 0-4 years: a safe, quiet space perfect for our little guests to play and have fun. To ensure maximum safety, adult supervision is required, as this area is unsupervised.
